At HÄSTKO, we are convinced that trying at home is much more comfortable. For metropolitan France, we have decided to offer delivery from 100 EUR of purchase! Returns and exchanges are also offered at a relay point.

What are the shipping times?

We undertake that any order registered from Monday to Friday before 12:30 p.m. will be processed the same day; after 12:30 p.m., it will be processed the following day.

Our partner colissimo is generally very reliable and ensures fast delivery in 2 or 3 working days. For an order on Monday before 9am, you should receive your package on Wednesday. For more information, take a look at our delivery and return conditions.

Colissimo guarantees the delivery time for 40 international destinations, here is the list of these countries and the time required for the shipment. You can of course send your package to any other country in the world, but La Poste will not commit to the deadlines.

I want to return or exchange an item, how do I do that?

The product does not suit you? No problem! you have 30 days to return it to us.

To request your return, simply go to the exchanges & returns page. We will exchange the item or refund you according to your choice, as soon as your package is received and examined. Products must be new, unworn, unstained, undamaged. Items put in the washing machine will not be taken back. The adhesive hygienic protection must be intact in panties and boxers.

How long does it take for an exchange or refund?

At HÄSTKO, we want to be hyper reactive. This is our priority! In general, we process requests within 5 days maximum.


I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?

To modify your order, send a message via the contact page within 2 hours of purchase . We will come back to you very quickly to modify your order with you.

After this time, we will no longer be able to modify the order. You will then have to request a refund and place a new order.

Can I have an invoice?

Your invoice is accessible from the email received when confirming your order. If you have not succeeded in downloading it, do not hesitate to write to us via the contact page . We will send it to you by email as soon as possible.

Is online payment secure?

My payment failed, but a withdrawal still appears immediately in my bank account

Many banks display the charges immediately when attempting to pay, even if the payment fails. Most of the time, failed payment attempts appear as pending charges. No saddle on the horizon? Pantys (No. 23 and 98) and Boxer No.52 can be worn without the Ridingpad®. It's a small revolution in comfort! The seamless edges and the 3D Senselast® material ensure a second skin feeling. Perfect for moving, sweating, or even just being comfortable!

What is the difference between Panty No.23 and Panty No. 98?

It's just a matter of design. Panty no. 98 is slightly more indented than no. 23 , which is a little more "shorty". But the difference is very subtle, it's a matter of 1 cm. On the other hand, there is no difference in terms of technicality (the compatible Ridingpad® system is the same). Panty no. 23 has more velvet-like material, hence the price difference.

Do you plan to offer other cuts (thongs, shorties…) and other sizes?

Absolutely. At HÄSTKO, we are aware that we are all different and that we all have our preferences. We are already working to expand the range and offer a whole range of underwear, top and bottom, with cuts, sizes, shapes, colors, materials, which will suit all body types!

When? it will take a little patience. In general, from the idea to the realization it takes almost 1 year! Especially at the scale of our startup.

Is the RIDINGPAD® suitable for men and women?

Yes quite. We have developed the RIDINGPAD® according to the positioning of the sit bones, including the measurements of many morphologies, men and women, in collaboration with a specialist osteopath.

Can I machine wash items?

Our entire collection of underwear is machine-washable at 30°C. Even the RIDINGPAD® ! One less worry to manage on a daily basis.
Attention: take care to separate the light colors from the dark colors. And above all, no dryer.


Where are the products made?

We will be transparent. But it's a long story. We had a dream: to produce in France. Unfortunately, we soon discovered that this would not be possible. In France, we are the kings (queens!) of fine lingerie. Unequaled know-how. But what's wrong then?

Unfortunately, French factories only know how to use sewing to assemble materials. French professionals are not equipped and trained in new techniques such as thermo-welding, laser or 3D printing, which make it possible to rethink the edges, construction and assembly of underwear. After more than 2 years and hundreds of prototypes, trips around the world, we finally met in China and Croatia the team we needed. And it didn't cost us less, believe us! Producing there involved surrounding yourself with performers and traveling frequently. Today we discovered the opportunity to produce the next collections in Europe. We are excited. Because at HÄSTKO, the planet matters more than anything.

HÄSTKO, is it French?

HÄSTKO sounds Swedish. It's pronounced “Est”, like the East of France, and “Co”, like coconut. And yet, it is very French! Joséphine, one of the co-founders, has always had a very special personal connection with Sweden. But it is in France, in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, that we are based. The mountain, that you win!
