DELIVERIES

At HASTKO, we do everything we can to ensure the best possible delivery times. Shipping rates for international destinations may vary. (See International Delivery)

Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable events, the delivery times indicated below apply and begin from the date of order confirmation. These timelines are communicated to the Customer before any order validation and payment. It is therefore the Customer’s responsibility to select the delivery country and the chosen shipping method when prompted.

The Customer must check the conformity of the Products upon delivery, and any issue related to the delivery (damaged parcel, missing, deteriorated, or non-compliant items, etc.) must be reported within 15 days following receipt of the order by contacting the brand via the contact form.

SHIPPING TIMES:

- Orders are shipped within a maximum of 48 hours. If you require faster dispatch, an express delivery service is available as an option.

During peak holiday periods, our logistics workshop handles a high volume of orders. A delay of 1 to 2 days may occur — thank you in advance for your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For international shipments, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches the destination country. Any such fees remain the responsibility of the customer, and HASTKO cannot be held liable for them.
