Returns & Exchanges

Wrong size? An item doesn’t suit you? No problem.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.
During the holiday period (November 15 → December 31), this window extends to 60 days.

✦ Easy Returns

• Metropolitan France → free return (prepaid label).
• International → variable fees depending on the country (shipping policy).

Access the return portal and choose:

• ⤴ Exchange — different size or different item.
• ⤵ Refund — to the original payment method.
• ⤷ Store credit — item value +10% offered.

✦ Conditions

We only take back products that can continue the adventure.

• Original packaging intact.
• New condition, unworn, unwashed.
• All tags and accessories included.

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Fees are automatically calculated on the portal according to your country.
The return is made at the customer’s own risk.

✦ Good to Know

• Keep the proof of shipment until your return is confirmed.
• Each return is checked manually to ensure the product can be recirculated.
  
• Upon receipt of your parcel and after verification of the product, we will proceed with sending the new size or issuing a refund within a maximum period of 15 business days.
