General conditions of the competition
Article 1: Organizing company
The company MOGO ACTIVEWEAR, SAS whose head office is located at 182 route du Bouchet, 74400 Chamonix Mont-Blanc, registered in the Annecy trade and companies register under number 830 511 796 (the "Organizing Company"), is organizing a free competition with no obligation to purchase from 10/19/2023 to 10/26/2023 inclusive via https://hastko.com and https://grandprix.info/
Article 2: Conditions of access
Any natural person can participate in the Competition.
Any minor participating in the Competition must have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian before providing personal information.
Article 3: Participation in the competition
Participation in this Contest constitutes full and complete acceptance by the participants of these official rules (the “Official Rules”) which are available free of charge during the duration of the Contest and of the confidentiality policy of the Organizing Company as indicated in these official rules.
To participate in the Competition, each participant must enter their email address on the dedicated form during the Competition (the “application”). Each participant (same email) can only participate once in the Competition. If a participant submits their application multiple times, only the first application sent will be accepted by the Organizing Company.
Participation will not be considered if the contact information provided is incorrect or incomplete, if it does not comply with the terms of these official rules, or if it is sent after the end of the Contest. The Organizing Company will not be responsible for lost or late applications as well as applications not received, whatever the cause.
Any entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder at the time of the response (“Authorized Account Holder”). The Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an account on the site. Any attempt to hack the system or to repeatedly register with false email address(es) will result in the disqualification of the participants. Following a check of the contact details of any winning person carried out a posteriori, the Organizing Company therefore reserves the right, if one of the above cases is proven, not to send the prize possibly won.
Article 4: Selection
This Contest is a game of chance. No purchase of any kind is necessary to participate in the Contest, win the prize (as defined in Article 5) or increase your chances of winning. The name of any winner may be published on the Organizing Company's social networks (including, in particular, Facebook and/or Instagram).
The winners will be drawn randomly from the applications. The draw will take place no later than 10/27/2023.
All potential winners will be informed of the result by the Organizing Company or one of its representatives, by email no later than 10/30/2023, to the email address provided when registering. All potential winners must respond to the message from the Organizing Company or one of its representatives and provide all requested information, if applicable. In the absence of a response within 7 days, in the event of disqualification or if a potential winner cannot be contacted, the Prize will be definitively forfeited without this giving rise to any compensation. The Prize will not be put back into play and will be forfeited.
Any winning person will be required to prove their legitimacy to claim and receive the Prize. All winning persons authorize any verification concerning their identity and address.
All decisions of the Organizing Company regarding any winning person will be final, binding and without appeal.
Article 5: The Price
Winners will receive:
A Bra No. 91 and a Panty No. 91, estimated delivery between 01/22/24 and 01/31/24.
Article 6: Protection of personal data
Participants' information is recorded and used by "the organizing company" to memorize participation in the competition and allow the awarding of the prize. Participants can object to any commercial proposal whenever they wish at the bottom of the newsletters received on the "unsubscribe" button.
