2. Yoga session - 45 mins

Special trailer session! Still worried about twisting your ankle while running? The key is to work well on your proprioception to strengthen and soften. Sarah will give you the keys to better understand your training afterwards. The class will begin with an anchoring time, pranayama (breath control exercises) and different flows of asanas (Yoga postures) combining balance, muscular engagement and gentle stretching on the rhythm of your breathing. Level 1 (Level 1): This level is for people wishing to discover or rediscover yoga gently or who have already taken a few classes. Monday - Wednesday - Friday - Sunday sessions

Level 2 (Level 2): ​​This level is recommended for athletic people who practice yoga on a more or less regular basis. Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday sessions
