PINK OCTOBER — TOGETHER FOR BREAST CANCER RESEARCH

At Hastko, we reinvent performance corewear to support women at every stage of their lives, whether in daily life or during sports. October is a special month for us, as it is dedicated to the fight against breast cancer—a disease that affects 1 in 8 women during their lifetime.

We don’t just want to talk about it — we want to take action, with transparency and sincerity, to support research and the women who live with this disease every day.

Breast cancer numbers

Breast cancer accounts for nearly a third of all cancers in women. According to the French National Cancer Institute, it also represents:

60,000 new cases diagnosed France in 2023
Nearly 10,000 deaths in 2022
Median age at death: 74 years

Thousands of women are affected each year. Research is advancing: 60% of breast cancers are now diagnosed at an early stage, significantly improving the chances of recovery. These figures highlight the importance of early detection as well as ongoing support for research, because every progress counts.

Our action

To support this cause, from October 1st to 31st, we are donating 10% of every order to the association Cœur Vanessa. Based in Haute-Savoie and founded in 1994, the association works concretely to:

Raise awareness and provide information about breast cancer.
Fund concrete research projects
Directly support women affected by the disease.

Thanks to donations and events, Cœur Vanessa has already supported numerous initiatives and continues to advance research and patient care.
