MoGo Activewear is delivering orders in a maximum of thirty (30) working days for a delivery to France, and in a maximum of thirty (30) working days for deliveries outside of France. Day one is the next day after payement has been received at MoGo Activewear.

All the orders paid before 9am will be shipped the same day, or the next if  we experience a small delay. All orders paid after 9pm will be shipped the next day . Orders placed and paid over the week-end (saturday or sunday in France) will be shipped on the next monday. Order place on French national holidays will be shipped the next working day.

If MoGo Activewear fails to meet the delivery time with no further explanation from the postal services or shipping partner, the customer is entitled to a total refund in the next thirty (30) days following the incident. If the shipping company or postal service has failed the company MoGo Activewear in delivering the products to the customer, MoGo Activewear will deal directly with the shipping company and send out a new order to the customer.

For the deliveries outside off the European Union, the european VAT will not be paid to MoGo Activewear. The customer will have to take car of the taxes to pay in the country of the delivery. MoGo Activewear is providing all the customs documentations and invoices for the parcel to arrive safely but the taxes are to be paid by the final customer. (Local authorities can be of assistance to you).


The customer has to make sure the parcel is received in perfect condition. The customer should decline a package that is damaged, and make sure all the products are inside the parcel before accepting it from the delivery service.

If any product is not in compliance with the order made, please send an email at sav{@} under 15 days maximum. Our after sale service will take care of the replacement of the item.

If the customer wishes to return or change one or several products, the customer will have thirty (30) days after receipt of the order to write to MoGo Activewear at the address sav{@} This deadline is extended to sixty (60) days for all orders made during the christmas period, from the 1st to the 31st of december.

The returns and exchanges are free of charge in France only for the moment. From any other country, shipping fees will be at the customers expense. For all returns, the following applies:

The customer will have to get in touch with us through the after sale service sav{@} with the order confirmation number. When the parcel is shipped, the customer needs to keep a proof of posting and communicate the tracking numbers of the parcel for MoGo Activewear to keep track of the parcel returning. The products must be in the original packaging, in its original state, new, not worn, not washed, with the hygiene sticker on for all the bottom products such as panties or boxers, and with other any accessories enabling the sale of the product.

If the customer return is not in compliance with the above, MoGo Activewear can refuse a refund or a product exchange. Please make sure that the products are in perfect state, new, not stained, not washed, not damaged as mentioned.
